Healthcare is Amoroso's largest core market (41% as of 2020), and we would like to honor all nurses as it is Nurses Appreciation Week.  In honor of this week, we would like to spotlight Job 700, the Valley Health Center in Milpitas, CA.

The Valley Health Center (VHC) Milpitas is classified as an OSHPD 3 project and is a LEED Certified building. The facility's intended use includes spaces for a multitude of health care services, including laboratory, examination rooms, imaging, and administration. This project was completed in December 2009.

Nurses Appreciation Week officially starts each year on May 6^th and ends on May 12^th – Florence Nightingale's birthday.  Florence Nightingale is iconic to the nursing community as she became the founder of professional and modern nursing.  During the Crimean War, she and a team of nurses improved the unsanitary conditions at a British hospital which ultimately reduced death count rates. Florence's work sparked a worldwide healthcare reform.
