New Maintenance Facilities at 725 Harbor Plaza

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the new LEED Gold-certified, 56,561 SF two-story maintenance building with offices, meeting rooms, and vehicular maintenance facilities, 49,363 SF of covered storage space, a 30,943 SF covered vehicle structure, and 106,000 SF of hardscape and landscape. Major building components were cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete, structural steel framing, waterproofing, and roofing, exterior glazing and aluminum cladding systems, photovoltaic panels, and vehicle maintenance equipment.
