Amoroso entered into a contract with Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club to construct the Pool Area & Fitness Expansion project in Menlo Park. This project includes new pool dining, private dining, bar, kitchen, youth lounge, pool equipment building and new movement studio. The existing fitness area at the existing clubhouse will be expanded and Amoroso will upgrade the existing living room and terrace. Amoroso finished construction of the extisting clubhouse in 2003.
Los Angeles Unified School District held a Groundbreaking Ceremony on February 21, 2015 for the $75M South Region High School #8 Project awarded to S.J. Amoroso. Located in Maywood, this project is located on a 9.24 acre campus with 45 total classrooms. The completion of this project will relieve overcrowding at local schools and enable the area’s current high school to return to a two-semester calendar for the first time in more than 30 years. Estimated completion is set for Spring 2017.
Amoroso entered into a contract to construct the 10th residence hall constructed for Scripps College: New Residence Hall. The completion of this 38,700 square foot project will provide additional space for students currently living in off-campus housing, reduce the number of double and triple occupancy rooms, and provide flexibility to respond to the significant increase in the number of applicants to Scripps. This project is designed to LEED Gold Standards.
S.J. Amoroso entered into a contract with the Department of Veterans' Affairs to construct the Palo Alto Radiology Consolidation, Parking Structure 2, Major Roads & Utilities Project. Valued at $103M, this contract marks the third largest project ever awarded to Amoroso.
Founded in 1947, El Camino College is a community college situated on a beautiful and spacious 126-acre campus near Torrance serving the "South Bay" communities of Southern California. In March of 2013, the College awarded Amoroso with an 18 month, $25 million contract to construct the Industry and Technology Building Modernization Project. The project includes the complete renovation of the Math and Computer Science Building originally constructed in the 1960s.
