Rinconada Water Treatment Plant

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the seismic retrofitting of the four-story water control building by adding shear walls on two floors. After asbestos and lead abatement, demolition of the majority of the interior on both floors took place, making way for new operation control rooms, lab space, upgraded MEP systems, improved bathrooms, and locker rooms. Structural upgrades were also made to the pump station and the meter shop.
