San Francisco's New Ambulance Deployment Facility Awarded to Amoroso
The City & County of San Francisco awarded Amoroso's Northern California office their new Ambulance Deployment Facility (ADF) project with construction set to begin this Fall.
Amoroso will construct a new four-story, steel-frame building including a parking garage structure totaling 44,244 sq.-ft. Construction will also include 58,451 sq. ft. of site improvement work.
The facility will enhance readiness for the San Francisco Fire Department's EMT crews with warehouse, training, and administrative space. The parking garage will be built on the lower floors of the ADF structure. The administrative, preparation, and training functions of the ADF sit on upper floors separated from the base by a ribbon of glass.
