VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new 158,000 SF Outpatient Healthcare Clinic plus a new 3,300 SF Central Utility Plant. The new clinic includes specialty clinics, diagnostic, rehabilitation, and support services. Additional scope included both onsite utilities and connecting to offsite utilities, the construction of road, sidewalks, surface parking, and extensive sitework including raising the entire site for flood plain mitigation.
