VA Long Beach Community Living Center

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of the new three-story, 181,350 SF living center to provide a residential living complex for veterans. The 120-bed facility includes 10 housing units with dining rooms and kitchens, great room, and quiet room. Additionally, there are six staff support zones, therapy and activity spaces, administrative offices, conference areas, and social and general support space.
