UC Santa Barbara Arts Building

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the seismic upgrades, building renewal and complete renovation of the 59,780 SF. arts building. The project combined seismic corrections and addressed deficiencies in the building's infrastructure, fire and life safety, and mandatory ADA upgrade as well as asbestos abatement. In addition, it also included partial renewal of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
