The Piers 1 1/2, 3 & 5

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the transformation of three historic piers into a complex with shops, restaurants, a dock for large yachts, and water taxis. This project consisted of 77,000 SF of office and commercial space and 40,000 SF of new public space including a port walk.
