Sunol Long Term Improvements Corporation Yard

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the reconstruction of the approximately 7.5-acre corporation yard. The project also included a new 11,000 SF administration building, four new pre-manufactured shop buildings of various sizes, three new 8,000 SF pre-manufactured covered storage structures, a new fueling station as well as various other civil site work, utility, and security improvements.
