Sunol Long Term Improvements - Alameda Watershed Center

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the one-story, 11,000 SF center that was designed to be a LEED Gold facility and included a 2.5-acre native landscape. The facility included an interpretive display exhibit area, freshwater aquarium, a watershed discovery lab, and historic display alcoves that will include artifacts from the Native Americans that once lived at the site. The grounds included an informal botanical garden and a picnic area for guests.
