Southern Field HQ Pearblossom O&M Center

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of two 8,000 SF single-story and one 4,000 SF single-story masonry and steel frame buildings which are that are connected by covered walkways and enclosed passageways. The two larger buildings have clerestory glazing to allow natural lighting while the smaller building has a roof-mounted PV array and moveable storage systems. The project also included two covered parking lots with permeable concrete paving.
