Scripps College New Residence Hall

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new 38,700 SF Mediterranean-style residence hall providing additional space for students currently living in off-campus housing. The project included student rooms and suites, a computer room, kitchen, recreation room, living room, and courtyards. With low-flow water fixtures, high-efficiency lighting, Energy Star appliances and drip irrigation, this project achieved a LEED Gold rating.
