Santa Monica College Central Plant Loop

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the connection of four existing buildings on the campus through un-ground hydronic lines to a new central chilled water loop system. In addition, Amoroso removed and upgraded the HVAC units within these buildings to more efficient and green units.
