Pier E Terminal Administration Building

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of the new LEED Gold-certified, two-story building with roof viewing deck, including pile-supported foundation, parking lot, roadway, utilities, solar carport structure, landscaping, walkways, monument sign, and security gates and fencing. The state-of-the-art building will serve the modernized wharf, which accommodates the world's largest ships and strengthens the surrounding economy.
