Laguna Honda Hospital & Rehabilitation Center (PROJECT IN PROGRESS)

Amoroso is currently serving as the General Contractor for the demolition of interior non-structural elements including hazardous materials abatement as required for the new work; new roofing; replacement of exterior windows, storefronts, and doors; exterior concrete and cement plaster crack and spall repairs; new accessibility-compliant parking spaces, passenger loading zone, canopy, and entrance at the east parking lot; a voluntary lateral-force resisting system upgrade; modernization of elevators 12 and 13; and a tenant improvement consisting of new framed walls, doors, door frames, windows, plumbing fixtures, finishes, and mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, telecommunications, and security upgrades.
