LA City College DaVinci Hall Modernization

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the seismic retrofit and modernization of the 60,000 SF, three-story arts building on an occupied campus included foundation enlargement, shear wall construction and opening relocation, a new mechanical shaft, concrete rehabilitation and repair, new interior build-outs of classrooms, a new roof, finished floors, refinished elevator cab and doorways, exterior skin renovation, reconstruction of the mechanical penthouse, new resilient stair treads and landings, and connection and coordination of HVAC, and new electrical and low voltage systems.
