Jefferson High School Utility & Interim Housing

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the demolition, abatement, and underground utilities work to prepare the school for full modernization, including installation of utilities, new electrical service and support stub-outs, site demolition, complete abatement and demolition of the Gymnasium, Mechanical Arts, and Powerhouse buildings, selective demolition of the new LAN Room, utility tie-ins to 30 portable classroom buildings, a kitchen, portable restrooms with showers and lockers, and scramble to make these buildings functional.
