Irvine Valley College Life Sciences Building

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new two-story, 30,000 SF steel frame life sciences building with metal deck, concrete floors and lab classrooms, and related site work. The scope of work included two elevators, exterior trespa panels and plaster, landscaping, parking lot development, and installation of two rooftop HVAC systems which were connected to a cooling tower via chilled water pipes.
