Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the construction of a 363,515 SF multi-story building and a separate 8,684 SF service utility building. The facility incorporates 312 beds for skilled nursing care, 60 beds for Dementia care, and 84 beds for elderly resident care, as well as a member services facility with dining rooms, dedicated lobbies, and rooms for VA administration, human resources, general services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and dental care.
