DMV 6th Floor Renovation

Amoroso served as the General Contractor for the renovation and modernization project comprised of five distinct portions of work performed while the building remained occupied by 2,600 personnel. There were 75,000 SF of renovations to the sixth floor, including hazmat abatement and complete remodel of the entire floor, construction of a new central utility plant, re-skinning of the entire building, phasing upgrades on floors one through five, elevator modernization, and a new north tower on the main building.
