Delevan Drive Elementary School Classroom Addition (PROJECT IN PROGRESS)

Amoroso is currently serving as General Contractor for the three-phase project. Phase I consists of building an interim housing complex with 7 classrooms and 1 restroom. It also included constructing 3 ADA compliant ramps for a new drop-off, new garden access, and a lower-level campus access. Phase II consists of building a new 2-story classroom building with a food service facility, lunch shelter, and a covered walkway. Finally, Phase III consists of removing the interim housing that was built in Phase I, and replacing it with a new upper campus parking lot.
