Project Description: New 10,150 square foot fire station to replace existing restaurant at 71 Camaritas Avenue. The new fire station will consist of a two-story office and living quarters building with a 3-bay apparatus garage, as well as public and secure parking.
*** A pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on Monday, October 19th, 2026 @ 10:00 am. Meeting location is 71 Camaritas Ave, South San Francisco. This is a mandatory job walk for the general contractors. Subcontractors are welcome to attend.
*** This project requires the payment of prevailing wages.
*** All RFI's are due by 10/30/2026 at 4:00 pm. Submit RFI's to Kitchell CEM, Attn: Zac Arvig via email to: zarvig@kitchell.com
*** Any product substitutions must be listed on the proposal. Substitutions forms must be submitted within 30 days after execution of the owner contract.
*** All bid pricing must be held for 120 days.
