The Campus Reconstruction Project includes the restoration of existing intact buildings and new construction for a planned campus that contains 22 classrooms total with associated core support spaces. 14 new classrooms, associated support spaces and MPR will be new construction. The existing 8 classrooms at Main Building will remain with code upgrades and minor functional adjustments to the administration suite.
-Five (5) TK/Kindergarten classrooms, and associated support spaces
-Seven (7) general classrooms, and associated support spaces
-Two (2) specialty classrooms, MPR, M&O, administrative and associated support spaces
-Administration area adjustments
-Full HVAC System Replacement at existing buildings
-New Fire Alarm upgrades at existing buildings
-New Fire Protection Sprinklers at the Main Administration Building
-New ceiling tiles, window treatments, interior and exterior paint at existing buildings
-Repair /replacement of damaged windowpane at existing buildings
-Replacement of damaged exterior door at Main Administration Building
-Removal and replacement of flooring
- ADA upgrades inclusive of restroom
-Disconnect gas line and provide electric tankless water heater at Main Administration Building
-Remove and replace roofing at Main Bldg. Mechanical Well
-Remove and replace flat roof at Cafeteria Bldg.

| Special Requirements |
S.J. Amoroso Construction Co., LLC (Amoroso) may require subcontractors to provide 100% Payment & Performance Bonds, from a California admitted surety with an AM Best rating of A-VII or better, as a condition of contract. Amoroso is signatory to the Carpenter's Collective Bargaining Agreement. Amoroso strongly encourages the use of qualified M/W/D/O/S/DVBE subcontractors and vendors. Please include the use of qualified M/W/D/O/S/DVBE suppliers and lower tier subcontractors where applicable. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to review the Owner's General and Special Conditions for this project, as they will be binding. Subcontractors will also be required to execute Amoroso's standard Subcontract Agreement and comply with Amoroso's standard insurance requirements, both without modification, should we both be awarded this project. Amoroso's listing of a subcontractor is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the sub's conditions or exceptions included with the price quote. Per California Labor Code 1771.1: A contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5.
