| Project Description |
This projects procurement action is a Total SDVOSB set-aside and will be procured under Amoroso Overwatch JV. This project will be awarded to the general contractor based on the best value award system.
The scope of work is to construct a new MRI and CT facility at the Stockton VA Clinic, French Camp, CA as required by drawings and specifications. The MRI and CT equipment will be furnished and installed by VA. The project encompasses the construction of a modular imaging building at the Stockton VA Facility. The scope includes site preparation, utility integration, and the construction of new MRI and CT imaging building. All work must comply with applicable VA design standards and requirements including the VA Seismic Design Manual H18-8 latest edition.
*** A pre-bid meeting and job-walk was held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 @ 11:00am. The project site location is in the parking lot of the existing CBOC and accessible to all to view at any time.
*** All RFI's must be submitted on the RFI form included in the solicitation and be sent via email to david.rovner@va.gov and charee.harris@va.gov The deadline for RFIs is October 6 at 12:00 pm.
*** All subcontractor employees must have the 10-hour OSHA certified construction safety course.
*** Note that this is a Federal project and is under the Buy American requirement.
*** Davis Bacon/Prevailing wage rates are required on this project.
*** All bid pricing must be held for 60 days.
