| Project Description |
New construction of a 1-story essential services facility with a 1-story support building. Both buildings are located at 682 Main St in Manteca, CA. Project also consist of site improvement including PV canopies, trellises, outdoor gathering areas, and parking.
The structural system for the main building will comply with essential service facility requirements and portions of the building will be backed up by the generator for 72 hours based on industry best practices. Th support building is not required to comply with the above noted elements.
*** A pre-bid meeting and job-walk will be held on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 @ 1 pm. Meeting location is 682 South Main Street, Manteca, CA. This is a non-mandatory job walk; no other pre-bid meetings or job-site visits will be scheduled.
*** Prevailing wage rates are required on this project.
*** All bid pricing must be held for 120 days.
100% Payment/Performance Bonds may be required from a California admitted surety with an AM Best rating of A- VII or better, as a condition of the contract. S.J. Amoroso will pay up to 1 1/2% bond premium. S.J. Amoroso is signatory to the Collective Bargaining Agreements of the Carpenters, Laborers, and Cement Masons. Subcontractors will be required to execute a standard S.J. Amoroso subcontract agreement and comply with our standard insurance requirements. These requirements are available for viewing on our website at www.sjamoroso.com/bidcenter.htm. A Waiver of Subrogation will be required with all subcontract agreements. All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Each subcontractor will be required to register and pay associated fees for Textura Payment Management software. Subcontractor fee is .22% of the contract amount. The maximum fee is $5,000.
