| Project Description |
Construction of a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility at Moffett Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Mountain View, California. This project will provide an approximately 8,202 gross square foot building consisting of a multi-story, high bay area to house the CRH-OFT simulator, with a single-story area containing CRH mission planning, briefing and debriefing rooms, administrative areas for training and support staff, OFT
maintenance and parts storage rooms, secure and non-secure tele communication rooms, latrine facilities and mechanical, electrical and utility support rooms utilizing conventional design and construction.
This project will consist of the following Brand Name or Equal Items (single-source) Please refer to documents located in the Public Folder/Specifications:
1) Best: Interior/Exterior door locksets and Small Format Interchangeable Cores
2) Automated Logic: DDC controllers, supervisory hardware, and proprietary programming interfaces
3) Monaco Enterprises, Inc.: Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System (MNS) control panels, transceivers, and associated proprietary network hardware
4) Advantor Systems: Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Video Management System (VMS), and associated access control components
*** A pre-bid meeting and job-walk is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 @ 10:00am. The address of the meeting will be 680 Macon Rd, Moffett ANGB, CA 94035. Please note that clearance to access Moffett field is required 3 DAYS PRIOR. Please refer to Addendum # 1, Section 00 21 00, para 3.3.2 for submission information.
